A good quote, from my point of view. This is why I like organizing my time, is the first thing I do at work
after a hot coffee, but a very important thing to keep in mind in organizing your time is not to spend
to much time organizing. The organizing process must be simple, fast and effective.

The search…

I have to say that I have spent a lot of time searching for the perfect tool to help me organizing my time. A tool
that has :

• a simple interface but a nice one, I don’t like an “ugly” software the UX in this days is very important
• a free tool
• a tool that can allow me to share my tasks with my friends or my team mates
• a tool that can offer me some features to see how much time I have spent on each task
• a tool that saves a history of all my tasks
• more than just a list of tasks

I can continue with this list but I think you got the idea. So because I have not found any tool to please all my
needs I sad “OK, I will build MY OWN TOOL :D”, don’t reach to any bad conclusions, I am not doing this for every thing
I’m not saying “Oooo Google is not so great, I will build MY OWN Google”, but I think that I can do a better job
than others in this area so this is why I have built PhiTodo.

First let me tell you what is PhiTodo. PhiTodo is a simple task manager that can help you easily organize your
